Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on purchases made through our platform. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Refunds:
Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
